Updated 1 October 2026. These are the terms of the beta. Goodfellaz is run by Distortion Labs SAS.

The beta

Goodfellaz is in beta, free, and by invitation. It is provided as it is: it can change, pause or stop, and we will tell you by email when that affects you. We do not promise that an introduction will come of it.

Your account

You use Goodfellaz for your own professional networking, and you connect only accounts that are yours or that you are entitled to connect. You are responsible for what you ask and for what you send: Goodfellaz drafts, and nothing is ever sent in your name unless you send it yourself.

What you agree not to do

• Use it to spam, harass or mislead anyone, or to ask for more than a person has agreed to give.
• Try to reach another person's data, to browse anyone's network, or to get round a limit, a hidden person or a protected contact.
• Use it to profile people on their health, religion, politics, sexuality, finances or private life.
• Use it against the law, including data-protection law.

Other people's choices

A person who answers a link or is asked for an introduction may say yes, not now or no, and need not give a reason. A no is not shown as a refusal. You agree to respect it, and to honour anyone's request to be left out.

Your data

Your map is yours. What we do with it, and how to erase it, is in the Privacy page and the Security and data page. You can delete your account in Settings at any time.

Ending

You can stop whenever you want. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will say why.

Liability

Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Within what the law allows, Distortion Labs SAS is not liable for indirect losses, or for what comes of an introduction you chose to send.

Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies. French law governs them, and the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise. Write to letho@distortion.gg.
